You can either collect your sauna from Auckland free of charge or choose nationwide delivery. This is added at checkout.

Installation
This sauna is delivered as a flat-packed kit ready for on-site assembly
- Step-by-step instructions included
- Assembly suitable for a compentent DIY installation or from a builder
- Electrical installation of the electric heater must be completed by a licensed electrian (32 amp connection required)
- Surface must be flat and level; suitable surfaces include concrete pad, deck, pavers, compacted gravel
Warranty
We stand behind the build quality of our saunas.
- Infrared Sauna: 3 years
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use. It does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Electrical work not completed by a licensed electrician
- Cosmetic wear or natural timber movement
