Shipping Within New Zealand
Yes — our products are large, and often quite heavy! But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We work with a trusted network of logistics partners who know our products well and are experienced in handling them safely.
All orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse and are securely packaged in plywood crates or reinforced cartons. This ensures your sauna or ice bath is well protected during transit and easier to handle with equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our logistics team will be in touch to arrange a delivery time that suits you, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish.
We do not charge any markup on shipping — you'll only pay what our freight partners charge us. Because of the size and weight of our products and the wide variety of delivery locations across New Zealand, we can’t offer exact shipping rates at checkout. However, we’ve provided estimated costs below for guidance.
Note: Shipping is invoiced separately once your order is ready. Most products are made to order and have lead times.

Pick-Up Option
Pick-up is available by prior arrangement from our Auckland warehouse — ideal if you prefer to organise your own freight or collect in person.
Shipping Terms
If an order is not claimed or delivery cannot be completed, it will be returned to our Auckland warehouse. Re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
